Ta’Lana Bay is where we, The Owners of Strata K240, are located on Shuswap Lake.   We are a bare land strata of fifty-one properties.   Established in the late 1970‘s, properties have been slowly developed to the point where we now have thirty-nine residences and twelve undeveloped lots.

We have paved roads, underground utilities and a private water system with fire hydrants that also benefit the greater Scotch Creek fire protection area thereby being instrumental in reducing local fire insurance rates.

Within the Strata we have:  private access to the beach and an adjacent common dock and swimming platform for the owners enjoyment.  The calm 500 meters of lakefront is a great watersports destination on Shuswap Lake.
